ASCOR MED Sp. z o. o. originates from ASCOR, a leading manufacturer and supplier of medical equipment in Poland and worldwide. The ASCOR company was established in 1993 and six years later transformed into a joint-stock company. In 2014, the shareholders decided to separate into two distinct companies: ASCOR MED Sp. z o. o., which focuses on the production of infusion pumps, and ASCOR SERVICE Sp. z o. o., which specializes in the servicing of infusion pumps.
The design and manufacture of infusion pumps are carried out in accordance with an implemented quality management system compliant with EN ISO 13485. ASCOR® pumps meet the requirements of standards harmonized with the MDD Directive (93/42/EEC) and the MDR Regulation (EU 2017/745), including:EN ISO 14971, EN 60601-1, EN 60601-1-2, EN 60601-2-24, EN 60601-1-6, EN 60601-1-8, EN 62304, EN 62366-1. Pump servicing is carried out in accordance with EN 62353.
